Full film details

Mr Breyer (David Denman) and his wife (Elizabeth Banks) can’t have children. So when they’re presented with a baby from space, they thank God for finally giving them a chance.

As their adopted son, Brandon (Jackson A. Dunn), grows up, they notice there’s something strange about him. When he begins to demonstrate powerful, unearthly abilities, his parents vow to keep his secret hidden.

Locking away all evidence of his past, they try to raise Brandon like a normal child. However, it becomes clear Brandon is much too strong to be tamed – and so they attempt to mould him into a superhero.

But while the Breyers want to gear their son’s supernatural powers towards good, Brandon seems insistent on abusing them in favour of evil and destruction. This child who came crashing down to earth is much more sinister than anyone could have suspected…

Produced by James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy), Brightburn is set to keep you on the edge of your seat throughout, and stars Elizabeth Banks (The Happytime Murders), David Denman (Puzzle), and young star Jackson A. Dunn (Gone Are the Days).
