Full film details

When an ecological mission to save the planet goes awry, and most of mankind are wiped out, Poison Ivy and Jason Woodrue (a.k.a. The Floronic Man) are forced into hiding. On a quest to bring the vigilantes to justice, Batman and Nightwing are forced to team-up with unpredictable bad girl Harley Quinn, against their better judgement.

But, as Poison Ivy just so happens to be Harley Quinn’s BFF, the mission is complicated from the get-go, and Batman must juggle his duties whilst reigning in his feisty and untrustworthy companion. What follows is a rollercoaster ride of thrills, spills, twists, and turns that will leave fans of Batman and the expansive D.C Comics universe on the edge of their seats.

Batman and Harley Quinn is an original story, penned by animation whizz Bruce Timm, who has worked on some of the Dark Knight’s most iconic animated shows and one-offs, including Batman: The Animated Series (1992-1995) and Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker (2000).

Harley Quinn has risen to prominence recently, after Margot Robbie’s portrayal of the much-loved character stole the show in Suicide Squad (2016). Here, she is voiced by Melissa Rauch, who is known for her work on The Big Bang Theory (2009-2017), whilst Batman fans will be thrilled to learn Kevin Conroy is lending his dulcet tones to play the Caped Crusader once again.
