Full film details

Grace and Eli (Jennifer Lawrence and Javier Bardem) are settling into their new country home. In this remote location, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy each other’s company – just the two of them.

However, this brief stint of peace is about to be challenged by the appearance of two strangers (Ed Harris and Michelle Pfeiffer) who arrive and begin lodging with them, seemingly uninvited.
Eli seems less troubled by their appearance than his wife, Grace. And her suspicions of the couple only develop when she discovers a photo of her husband in their luggage.

Soon, events begin to spiral, when Grace finds mysterious of traces of blood throughout her home, while even more people begin to show up at the doors.

There is a host of questions to answer: who are these lodgers, why is there unknown blood around the house, and why do more people keep appearing at their door? Will Grace ever get to the bottom of what is happening to the world around her?

Jennifer Lawrence (Passengers) and Javier Bardem (Skyfall) star in this mystery-horror film, opposite the other couple that appear on their doorstep: Ed Harris (Gravity) and Michelle Pfeiffer (Murder on the Orient Express). Mother! also features the acting talents of Domhnall Gleeson (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) as the Oldest Son and Kristen Wiig (Sausage Party) as Herald.
