Full film details

Mitch Rapp is highly skilled, meticulously trained, and incredibly focussed. The only thing that outweighs his ability is his bloodthirsty determination to get revenge.

After his girlfriend is tragically murdered in a terrorist attack, Rapp’s main focus in life is to seek retribution for what he has lost. When he’s recruited on a high-profile mission by CIA deputy director Irene Kennedy (Sanaa Lathan), he channels every fibre of his being into getting ready to take down the enemy.

But for all his enthusiasm, Rapp lacks discipline. As they prepare for their mission, he repeatedly butts heads with his boss, hardened Cold War veteran Stan Hurly (Michael Keaton).

However, they must put their differences aside when they find themselves neck-deep in a complex plot that involves a huge military and civilian threat.

Director Michael Cuesta, who produced the 2011-2012 season of Homeland, takes to the big screen with this thrilling action-drama, based on the book by Vince Flynn. Dylan O’Brien (Deepwater Horizon, Teen Wolf) plays the lethal assassin, Mitch Rapp, while Michael Keaton (Spiderman: Homecoming, Birdman) stars as his military-minded mentor.
