Avengers: Infinity War
The Avengers are called on to defeat the twisted Thanos, who is scheming to alter reality with the Infinity Stones so he can destroy mankind. ‘’It started with an idea… Bring together a group of remarkable people to see if we could become something more.’’ If ever there was a time when the world needed superheroes, it’s now. Thanos (Josh Brolin) is on his way, and each Avenger can feel an impending sense of doom creeping across the globe. On a mission to collect all the Infinity Stones, Thanos aims to harness their extraordinary power to bend reality and ultimately obliterate Earth and every living creature on it.
All-out war is inevitable.
As Iron-Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), The Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Dr. Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) and the rest of the Avengers reunite for battle, it doesn’t take long to realise they alone cannot stop Thanos.
With the Guardians of the Galaxy joining the fray there might just be some hope of survival at the end of this seemingly unwinnable war.
This epic two-part story is the nineteenth movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, directed by Antony and Joe Russo (Captain America: Civil War). As it was shot back-to-back with its sequel, fans will only have to hold on until May 2019 to see Avengers: Infinity War Part 2.
