Full film details

After a life of petty, low-level crime, two thieving sisters named Lisa (Alice Lowe) and Claire (Dolly Wells) end up on-the-run when their latest bungled robbery goes awry.

Upon hearing about a weekend poetry camping trip, the pair assume the identities of budding beatnik poets in order to seek refuge from the police.

As they struggle to convince the other campers they are the real deal, the two fall head over heels for a mysterious poet named Richard, creating a rather messy love triangle; surely it’s only a matter of time before the sorry truth unravels?

Shot in just five days up in the Black Mountains of Wales, this warm, offbeat relationship drama was one of the highlights of the 2015 Edinburgh Film Festival, where it went down a storm with both the critics and audience.

The film features the comic talents of Alice Lowe (Locke, Hot Fuzz), Dolly Wells (Pride and Prejudice and Zombies) and Tom Cullen (Downton Abbey).
