Two grieving parents go on a camping trip to repair their marriage, but little do they know that they will be disrupted by a trio of bizarre psychopaths who set out to traumatise them over and over again. Koko-di Koko-da is a dark psychological horror from celebrated Swedish director Johannes Nyholm. When Elin (Ylva Gallon) and Tobias (Leif Edlund) take their young daughter on a pleasant lunch to celebrate her eighth birthday, their world is turned upside down when an extreme allergic reaction leads to a shocking tragedy.

Three years later, the couple head off on a camping trip in the hope of salvaging their fractured relationship. It’s their last chance to try and get their lives back to how they were before.

Their plans are soon ruined by a strange sideshow artist and his peculiar entourage who suddenly emerge from the woods to terrorise them.

Little do they know that they will have to repeatedly relive the horrific events from the fateful day that changed their lives forever. Together, they must face their trauma and come to terms with their past, all while trying to save themselves from an endless loop of torment.

Koko-di Koko-da is a Swedish psychological horror that uses surreal visuals to delve into a couple’s harrowing experience with remorse and loss. It received huge praise at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival and was nominated for the ‘Grand Jury Prize’.
