The Hitman's Bodyguard
A hit man and a bodyguard become unlikely allies in the face of a common foe. To take down a notorious dictator, they must work together to reach the International Court of Justice in time to testify.
A bodyguard with a history (Ryan Reynolds) is about to get a new client. One he has met before – but not necessarily protected before.
In fact, the man he must now shield is a former enemy and hit man (Samuel L. Jackson). As this hit man makes his way to the International Court of Justice, the bodyguard must prevent him from any harm that may come his way.
And there’s one huge reason as to why he could be targeted – as he is about to testify against one of the world’s most notorious dictators (Gary Oldman).
The two former enemies must put their animosities to one side to work together to arrive at court unharmed and on time, to take down their common foe.
Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool) is joined on screen in The Hitman’s Bodyguard by seasoned actor and household name, Samuel L. Jackson (Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children), and the equally as recognisable Gary Oldman (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes), while Élodie Yung (Gods of Egypt), and Salma Hayek (Sausage Party) both join the cast.
