How can I change or refund my booking?

For My Vue Members: Log in to your account, go to My Tickets, and select the booking you want to refund.

For non-members / guest checkout: Create a My Vue account using the same email address you used to book, so you can manage or refund your booking(s).

Paid with vouchers?

• If your voucher is still valid, cancelling will reinstate it in line with its original terms and conditions.
If your voucher has expired since you made the booking, you won’t be able to amend or refund (even within the refund window), as we’re unable to reinstate expired vouchers.
