Congrats Disney, you have outdone yourselves. The people behind some of our favourite fantasy worlds have just given a classic fairytale a big budget makeover and it’s pretty much the most majestic thing we’ve ever seen. - Recognise Clara, the main character? That’s Mackenzie Foy, AKA Edward and Bella's child from Twilight
- The pink-haired Sugar Plum Fairy is Keira Knightley - she rules over the Land of Sweets
- They’re not the only familiar faces: Helen Mirren, Morgan Freeman and Richard E. Grant also star
- The world’s been brought to life by the team behind 2017’s Beauty and the Beast
- The gorgeous Land of Sweets was built using actual candy. Mackenzie Foy told EW the crew had to put signs up telling the actors not to eat it
- The whole thing’s inspired by E.T.A. Hoffmann’s classic story and the famous ballet version of The Nutcracker. The Royal Ballet stages a beautiful production every Christmas, which you can catch live on the big screen - find out more here
