Full film details

Three thousand years ago, the boldest sailors would embark on frequent voyages around the South Pacific Seas, in the hope of discovering new islands.

However, the voyages suddenly came to a grinding halt for another thousand years – and nobody seems to understand why.

A fearless teenage Princess named Moana decides to get to the bottom of the age-old mystery, and sets sail on an adventure to finish what her ancestors started, to answer the questions nobody seems to have answers for.

When she chances upon Maui – her fallen demi-god hero – the two become friends and join forces to face the perilous ocean and a host of enemies, including fire-breathing creatures and other nasty beasts with the cruellest of intentions!

The picture is produced by the talented team behind Frozen (2013) and Zootropolis (2016), and marks Disney’s 56th animated release!

The world’s highest paid actor, Dwayne Johnson (Fast 8) lends his dulcet tones for the voice of Maui, whilst Hawaiian newcomer Auli’i Cravalho makes her movie debut as Moana.

Get closer to the action and set sail with Moana when you book to see the movie in mind-blowing 3D!

Golden Globes, nominated: Best Animated Feature Film and Best Original Song ("How Far I'll Go").
