We strongly believe in the power of escapism that a couple of hours spent at the cinema provides and our doors are open for the ultimate big screen experience.

From hotly anticipated new releases like A Quiet Place Part II to well-loved classics including The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring in 4K, Taxi Driver and Grease as well as a number of big screen events including Sir Alex Ferguson: Never Give In, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Between August and December 2020, we safely welcomed back over 2m million customers to cinemas across the UK and Ireland. We remain confident that we provide safe and controlled ways for you to enjoy much-needed out of home entertainment. We continue to follow public health advice and the safety of our team and customers remains of utmost importance.

We planned extensively for our reopening last year and have continued to work with authorities to implement wide-reaching new safety measures across our venues.
The following safety protocols will remain in place when you visit for hours of uninterrupted bliss.

We’re focusing on six key areas to ensure you, your family and friends, along with our teams, will be able to join us as safely as possible:

Booking online is encouraged, making your visit to Vue as contactless as possible.

Tickets can be accessed from your smartphone - from your booking confirmation email, through the Vue app or in your Wallet and will be scanned before you go into the screen.

Customers aged 16 and over will be asked to give details upon booking as part of the Test & Trace initiative, to help keep you and others safe for your next visit. For more information see our guest admission policy.

You will also need to check in using the NHS Covid-19 app upon arrival if you haven’t booked online.
