Welcome back to hours of uninterrupted bliss

Get Ready to Sit Back, Switch off, Stay Safe

We’ve all heard the news, the Covid rules have been officially eased. That means the Big Screen is one step closer to business as usual.

We’re following the government guidance. All social distancing has been removed from our venues in England, Scotland and Wales.

Further protocols including social distancing remain in place in the Republic of Ireland, in line with local government guidance, and face masks remain mandatory in Scotland and Wales .

As a company, we have decided to continue with the following measures across all our venues in England

FACE MASKS ARE ENCOURAGED UNLESS EATING AND DRINKING

Wearing a face mask is no longer a requirement in England, however we do encourage our customers and staff to wear a face covering unless they are consuming food and drink.

In venue, contactless payments are encouraged, up to the value of £45 and Apple Pay and Google Pay will be available at till points.

We are encouraging customers to give details upon booking as part of the Test & Trace initiative. For more information see our guest admission policy.

CONTINUOUS AIR VENTILATION

Continuous air ventilation is in place in all venues.

This means that air is continuously brought into the venue and, where possible, not recirculated.

ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS

Enhanced cleaning measures will continue to be implemented including disinfecting every screen, including every arm rest, between each screening, with additional cleaning time made available for this.

A member of our designated Safety Team will be available to assist and to ensure cleaning measures and high standards are maintained.
