Welcome back to hours of uninterrupted bliss

Get Ready to Sit Back, Switch off, Stay Safe

The big screen experience is back and is one step closer to business as usual.

We’re following the government guidance across our venues in England, Scotland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland.

Local guidance on protocols differs between regions. The table below highlights the key measures in place that you need to be aware of by region:

Face Masks

Face masks must be worn in all Vue venues in the Republic of Ireland for customers aged 9 and over, unless exempt, or eating and drinking.

While not mandatory, we do encourage the use of face masks in our English, Scottish and Welsh venues.

To ensure your visit to Vue is as safe as possible, the following protocols remain in place across all our venues:

Hand Sanitiser

Hand sanitiser remains available throughout our venues for both customers and staff members.

Contactless Transactions

To reduce the number of touchpoints through our foyers and into our screens, contactless payments are encouraged, up to the value of £100 and Apple Pay and Google Pay will be available at till points.

Online Booking Is Encouraged

To reduce the number of touchpoints in venue we encourage you book your tickets online.

Fresh Air Ventilation

We operate a fresh air ventilation system.

This means that fresh air is continuously brought into the venue and, where possible, not recirculated.

Fully Refundable Tickets for My Vue Members

We want to ensure that you have full peace of mind ahead of your next trip to your local Vue.

If you are a Vue member, all tickets are fully refundable (including booking fees) meaning you can book with confidence knowing that you’ll be able to self-refund tickets purchased online in just a few clicks, if you or your friends and family have a change of plans ahead of your next visit.

You can find out more about refundable tickets here

What You Can Do

If you or a member of your booking feels unwell, for the safety of our customers and staff, we ask you not to attend your screening. If you are not a Vue member and are unable to self-refund your tickets, please contact our Customer Services Team who will be able to help with your booking. Please be sure to have your booking reference and the payment card you used to hand.

We will be updating this page regularly with more information. If you have any other questions about your visit to Vue, head to our FAQs page for more details.
