An update from Vue

Everything you need to know about our venues

Following the latest announcement by the U.K. government that additional areas will move into Tier 3 and 4 restrictions from Thursday 31st December, we can confirm that we have temporarily re-closed our venues.

Any pre-existing bookings up to and including 13th January will be automatically refunded. If you booked in venue with cash please contact our Customer Services team by emailing [email protected] with a picture of your tickets. If you paid in venue by card payment please call customer services on 0345 308 4620.

We strongly believe in the power of escapism that a couple of hours spent at the cinema provides. As we enter 2021, we are eager to bring back the ultimate big screen experience as soon as we are able to do so. We know you all join us in looking forward to the great lineup of titles in 2021.

Between August and November, Vue safely welcomed back over 1.7m million customers to cinemas across the UK and Ireland. We remain confident that we provide safe and controlled ways for families to enjoy much-needed out of home entertainment. We continue to  follow public health advice and the safety of our team and customers remains of utmost importance.

We planned extensively for our reopening earlier in the year  and have continued to work with authorities to implement wide-reaching new safety measures across our venues.

The following safety protocols will remain in place when you visit for hours of uninterrupted bliss.

We’re focusing on six key areas to ensure you, your family and friends, along with our teams, will be able to join us as safely as possible:

ENHANCED ONLINE BOOKING

Booking online is encouraged, making your visit to Vue as contactless as possible.

Tickets can be accessed from your smartphone - from your booking confirmation email, through the Vue app or in your Wallet and will be scanned before you go into the screen.

Customer details will be required as part of the Test & Trace initiative, to help keep you and others safe for your next visit. For more information see our guest admission policy.
