- Location access
Vue Cleveleys is located on North Promenade, with ground floor access. The venue has free parking available with spaces for blue badge holders. The nearest bus stop and tram stop are both a five-minute walk from the venue.
- Venue and screen access
Vue Cleveleys has wheelchair access throughout the venue and in all screens. Entrance to the venue is through two sets of double doors – one set is push and pull, and the other is automatic.
The main access to the screens are on one level, with lift access to the wheelchair spaces at the back of screens one and eight. There's accessible toilets downstairs near the foyer, at the top end of the corridor near screen five and on the floor near the back of screens one and eight.

HOH headsets available. - Purchase ticketsFood, drinks and tickets can be purchased and collected from any of the available till points. There is also a lowered counter available that is also fitted with a hearing loop. For guests who have pre-booked their tickets online, there is no need to collect their tickets. Simply take the QR code from the booking confirmation email to the welcome gate to be scanned through.

Vue Cleveleys shows subtitled (ST) films every week. Film times are updated each Wednesday morning for the coming Friday. You can book subtitled screenings here.

Some of our screens are equipped with infrared technology to provide hearing assistance. Simply let a member of our staff know when you're purchasing your tickets and they'll organise a headset or neckloop for you. We recommend arriving a little earlier than you normally would so we can get you set up in time for the film.
- Autism-friendly screenings
In our autism-friendly screenings, the lights are left on low, the sound is turned down and trailers and adverts aren't played. When you book tickets for an autism-friendly screening, you’ll be asked to choose allocated seats but we do encourage guests to move around during the screening and make a bit of noise.
