How can I change or refund my booking?

Any booking made on our website can be fully refunded up to 2 hours before showtime. Then, if you want to go at a different time/date, just rebook. For My Vue Members: Log in to your account, go to My Tickets. Select the booking you want to refund. For non-members: Create an account with the same email you used to book your tickets to manage or refund your booking(s). If you paid with vouchers, hit us up on webchat, just tap the chat icon at the bottom right to begin! Have your booking reference handy!

Is it cheaper to buy my tickets online?

We provide amazing prices both in our venues and online. By booking in advance on our website, you can beat the queues and get the best seat for you all at a reduced rate.
