Vue Darlington is located on the first floor of the Feethams Shopping Centre in Darlington town centre, opposite the Town Hall and Darlington Borough Council. Entrance to the venue is through either the ground floor at the corner of Feethams and Beaumont Street, or on the first floor via the plaza level of the centre. Both are accessible via lifts, stairs and ramps on the opposing corners of the centre.

The Feethams multi storey car park can be accessed via Beaumont Street. There are 650 spaces, including 33 for blue badge holders. Darlington station is an eight-minute walk away and there are two bus stops directly outside the venue (Town Hall I and Town Hall O). There's a taxi drop-off point outside the Town Hall, directly opposite the venue.

Vue Darlington has wheelchair access throughout the venue and in all screens. The venue is on the first floor of the Feethams shopping centre, with lift access from both inside and outside the centre.

There are two sets of double doors at the entrance of the venue, one is automatic and the other is push and pull.

All screens are on the first floor, on the same level as the main foyer. There's step-free access to the wheelchair spaces and adjoining seats, and accessible toilets in the foyer and on the second floor, near the wheelchair spaces.

Some of our screens are equipped with infrared technology to provide hearing assistance. Simply let a member of our staff know when you are purchasing your tickets and they’ll organise a headset for you. We recommend arriving a little earlier than you normally would so we can get you set up in time for the film. 

There are hearing loops at all of the counters, where food, drinks and tickets can be purchased, and pre-purchased tickets can be collected. There is also a lowered counter available. You can also purchase or collect tickets at the automatic ticket machines located in the venue foyer.

In our autism-friendly screenings, the lights are left on low, the sound is turned down and trailers and adverts aren't played. When you book tickets for an autism-friendly screening, you’ll be asked to choose allocated seats but we do encourage guests to move around during the screening and make a bit of noise.
