By car

Located inside Castle Mall, Vue Norwich is easily accessible by car.

From the A11 roundabout, take the third exit onto A147. Continue past Sainsbury's petrol station and turn left after the traffic lights towards Ber street. On Ber street, at the end of the road, there's a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Golden Ball street. The Vue is on your left along with car park 2 for the Castle Mall. If you need the larger Castle Mall car park, follow the road and bear left into the car park after the traffic lights. Vue customers can park at Castle Mall car park for up to four hours free of charge when visiting the venue. You can validate your car park tickets at the concessions counter.

By train: The closest train station is Norwich, a 13 minute walk via Rose Lane or a 10 minute bus ride via route 8 or 26.

By bus: If you're arriving by bus, take the Surrey Street exit and turn right onto St Stephen's Street. Head towards the Castle and you'll find the entrance to the Mall on White Lion Street.

Vue Norwich is located on the fifth floor of the Castle Mall shopping centre. The nearest bus stop is 300 metres from the front of the mall and Norwich train station is 800 metres away.

There's also a car park on-site available for Vue customers, with specific spaces near the venue entrance for blue badge holders.

Venue and screen access

Vue Norwich has wheelchair access throughout the venue and in all screens. You can access the cinema directly from the Castle Mall shopping centre.

There's step-free access to the wheelchair spaces and adjoining seats, and accessible toilets next to the screens.

Purchasing tickets

There are hearing loops at all of the counters, where food, drinks and tickets can be purchased, and pre-purchased tickets can be collected. There is also a lowered counter available. You can also purchase or collect tickets at the automatic ticket machines located in the cinema foyer.

Accessible screenings

Vue Norwich shows subtitled (ST) films every week. Film times are updated each Wednesday morning for the coming Friday. You can book subtitled screenings here.

We also offer audio description (AD) on a selection of the films. You can book audio description screenings here. If you'd rather book by phone, give us a call on 0345 308 4620 (local rates apply).

Screens 2 and 3 are equipped with infrared technology to provide hearing assistance. Simply let a member of our staff know when you're purchasing your tickets and they'll organise a headset or neck loop for you. We recommend arriving a little earlier than you normally would so we can get you set up in time for the film.

Autism-friendly screenings

In our autism-friendly screenings, the lights are left on low, the sound is turned down and trailers and adverts aren't played. When you book tickets for an autism-friendly screening, you’ll be asked to choose allocated seats but we do encourage guests to move around during the screening and make a bit of noise.
