Located inside Kingfisher Shopping Centre in the centre of Redditch, Vue Redditch is easily accessible by the M42 J2 or J3 – simply follow the signs to Redditch town centre.

There's five car parks on-site with over 2,500 spaces – Vue customers can park for free after 6pm.

By train: The venue is located near Redditch train station and bus station. A direct rail service between Redditch and Birmingham runs from 6:24am until 22:53pm.

By bus: If you're travelling by bus, you're in luck – all local bus routes stop outside the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.

Location access

Located on the leisure level of the Kingfisher Shopping Centre in the centre of Redditch, the venue can be accessed via lifts and escalators. Car parks one and four are the most convenient parking for the venue. If you're using car park one, the cinema can be accessed via a lift, while car park four brings you directly into the shopping centre.

Once in the centre, turn left and you'll see the venue directly in front of you. Parking is free for Vue customers after 6pm. The nearest bus stop is located directly underneath the venue at Redditch bus station, where a taxi rank and car drop-off point can also be found.

Venue and screen access

Vue Redditch has wheelchair access throughout the venue and in all screens. Access to the venue is through an open-plan doorway from the shopping centre into the main foyer.

All screens are on one level leading off the main foyer. There's step-free access to the wheelchair spaces and adjoining seats, and an accessible toilet in the main foyer.

Purchasing tickets

There are hearing loops at all of the counters, where food, drinks and tickets can be purchased, and pre-purchased tickets can be collected. There is also a lowered counter available. You can also purchase or collect tickets at the automatic ticket machines located in the venue foyer.

Accessible screenings

Vue Redditch shows subtitled (ST) films every week. Film times are updated each Wednesday morning for the coming Friday. You can book subtitled screenings here.

Some of our screens are equipped with infrared technology to provide hearing assistance. Simply let a member of our staff know when you're purchasing your tickets and they'll organise a headset for you. We recommend arriving a little earlier than you normally would so we can get you set up in time for the film.

Autism-friendly screenings

In our autism-friendly screenings, the lights are left on low, the sound is turned down and trailers and adverts aren't played. When you book tickets for an autism-friendly screening, you’ll be asked to choose allocated seats but we do encourage guests to move around during the screening and make a bit of noise.
