Located in Westfield London, Vue Westfield is easily accessible by the M4, M40 and M25. Once you reach the car park, Westfield's vehicle management system will let you know whether a space is vacant (green light), occupied (red light), exclusively for blue badge holders (blue light) or parents with prams (orange light). By public transport

By train: The nearest tube stations are Shepherd's Bush and White City, both on the Central London, and Shepherd's Bush Market and Wood Lane Station on the Hammersmith & City Line. All of these stations are about a five minute walk away.

The closest overground station is Shepherd's Bush rail station (next to the venue).

By bus: White City bus station is only about 70 metres from Westfield London. Bus routes 31, 49, 148, 207, 228, 237, 260, 316, 607 and C1 all travel to the station.

Location access

Vue Westfield is located on the third floor of Westfield London with lift and escalator access from inside the shopping centre. The centre has a large car park with multiple blue badge spaces located close to the lift lobbies.

The bus station is near the ground floor entrance, with several other bus stops and four tube stations (Shepherd's Bush, Shepherd's Bush Market, Wood Lane, White City) about a 10 minute walk away.

Vue Westfield has wheelchair access throughout the venue and in all screens. You can enter the venue foyer by lift or escalator.

The screens are on one level down two corridors – if you've purchased a wheelchair space at the rear of a screen you'll access your seat by lift.

There's step-free access to the wheelchair spaces and adjoining seats, and accessible toilets in both corridors, as well as near the rear entrances to the screens.

Purchasing tickets

There are hearing loops at all of the counters, where food, drinks and tickets can be purchased, and pre-purchased tickets can be collected. There is also a lowered counter available. You can also purchase or collect tickets at the automatic ticket machines located in the venue foyer.

Accessible screenings

Vue Westfield shows subtitled (ST) films every week. Film times are updated each Wednesday morning for the coming Friday. You can book subtitled screenings here.

Every screen, apart from screen 6 and 7, is also equipped with infrared technology to provide hearing assistance. Simply let a member of our staff know when you're purchasing your tickets and they'll organise a headset or neckloop for you. We recommend arriving a little earlier than you normally would so we can get you set up in time for the film.

Autism-friendly screenings

In our autism-friendly screenings, the lights are left on low, the sound is turned down and trailers and adverts aren't played. When you book tickets for an autism-friendly screening, you’ll be asked to choose allocated seats but we do encourage guests to move around during the screening and make a bit of noise.
