Located on Friar Street in the town centre, Vue Worcester is easily accessible by the M5 (J7). Vue customers can park at the 24 hour NCP car park, which is roughly a 5 minute walk from the venue. Parking can be paid for via The Parkpass App, which is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, we recommend downloading the app prior to arriving at the NCP car park.

By train: The nearest train station is Worcester Foregate Street, about a 10 minute walk from the venue.

By bus: For those travelling by bus, you'll find Worcester bus station about a 10 minute walk away. The nearest bus stop is about 75 metres away, with routes 26, 27, 32, 44C, 332, 382 and 551 stopping here regularly.

Location access

Vue Worcester is located on Friar Street in the town centre with street level access to the venue. The nearest bus stop is about 75 metres away and the train station is half a mile from the venue.

There is an NCP car park about a five minute walk away with accessible parking available for blue badge holders. There are also some spaces on the road, approximately two minutes away (blue badge holders have unlimited access to these).

Venue and screen access

Vue Worcester has wheelchair access throughout the venue and in all screens. Access to the venue is through three sets of double doors; one set is automatic.

All screens are on one level leading off the main foyer. There's step-free access to the wheelchair spaces and adjoining seats, and accessible toilets in the main foyer.

Purchasing tickets

There are hearing loops at all of the counters, where food, drinks and tickets can be purchased, and pre-purchased tickets can be collected. There is also a lowered counter available. You can also purchase or collect tickets at the automatic ticket machines located in the venue foyer.

Accessible screenings

Vue Worcester shows subtitled (ST) films every week. Film times are updated each Wednesday morning for the coming Friday. You can book subtitled screenings here.

We also offer audio description (AD) on a selection of the films. You can book audio description screenings here. If you'd rather book by phone, give us a call on 0345 308 4620 (local rates apply).

Some of our screens are equipped with infrared technology to provide hearing assistance. Simply let a member of our staff know when you're purchasing your tickets and they'll organise a headset for you. We recommend arriving a little earlier than you normally would so we can get you set up in time for the film.

Autism-friendly screenings

In our autism-friendly screenings, the lights are left on low, the sound is turned down and trailers and adverts aren't played. When you book tickets for an autism-friendly screening, you’ll be asked to choose allocated seats but we do encourage guests to move around during the screening and make a bit of noise.

Vue Worcester hosts an autism-friendly screening at 10am on the last Sunday of every month. You can book autism-friendly screenings here. Select All Times or Coming Soon to see the full range of screenings available.
