Located on Paignton seafront, Vue Torbay is easily accessible by the B3201 from Torbay. The venue doesn't have a dedicated car park, but a limited number of parking bays at the front of the venue are available for blue badge holders. Seasonal parking is also available on the seafront.

By train: If you're travelling by train, get off at Paignton rail station. Vue Torbay is a short five minute walk over the railway crossing – you'll see the venue directly at the end of Torbay Road.

By bus: If you're travelling by bus, jump off at Paignton bus station. Vue Torbay is a short five minute walk over the railway crossing – you'll see the venue directly at the end of Torbay Road.

Location access

Vue Torbay is located on street level, on Esplanade Road. The venue is around a five minute walk from the main bus and train stations. Parking for blue badge holders is available outside the venue.

All other parking on meters is available on the seafront and surrounding residential areas. There's also a multi-storey car park less than 10 minutes walk away.

Venue and screen access

Vue Torbay has wheelchair access throughout the venue and in all screens. The venue is accessed by a ramp and through a set of automatic doors, which leads into the main foyer.

Screens one to five are on the first floor, while screens six to nine are on the top floor, which you can reach by lift. There's step-free access to the wheelchair spaces and adjoining seats, and accessible toilets next to screens one and two, and near screens six to nine.

Purchasing tickets

There is a lowered counter available, where food, drinks and tickets can be purchased, and pre-purchased tickets can be collected. You can also purchase or collect tickets at the automatic ticket machines located in the venue foyer.

Accessible screenings

Vue Torbay shows subtitled (ST) films every week. Film times are updated each Wednesday morning for the coming Friday. You can book subtitled screenings here.

Some of our screens are equipped with infrared technology to provide hearing assistance. Simply let a member of our staff know when you're purchasing your tickets and they'll organise a headset or neck loop for you. We recommend arriving a little earlier than you normally would so we can get you set up in time for the film.

Autism-friendly screenings

In our autism-friendly screenings, the lights are left on low, the sound is turned down and trailers and adverts aren't played. When you book tickets for an autism-friendly screening, you’ll be asked to choose allocated seats but we do encourage guests to move around during the screening and make a bit of noise.
