By car

Vue West End is the middle of central London, so for your sanity and for the sake of the planet, we recommend you take public transport to the venue.

If you do have to drive, the venue is accessible by the A4201 and A400. The nearest car park is the NCP on St Martin's Lane, which is five minutes from the venue. Very limited free parking is available on nearby streets after 6pm.

By public transport

By train: The nearest tube station is Leicester Square on the Bakerloo Line, Northern Line and Piccadilly Line, just a couple of minutes walk to the venue.

Piccadilly Circus tube station, on the Piccadilly Line, is also a five minute walk away. If you're travelling to Central London by train, the nearest station to the venue is Charing Cross (an eight minute walk away) with services to and from South East London, and Kent, Ashford International and Dover.

By bus: There are lots of options for those catching a bus into Central London: you can catch the 24, 29 and 176 to Charing Cross Road, the 3, 12, 88, 159 and 453 to Haymarket, and 14, 19 and 38 to Shaftesbury Avenue.

Location access

Vue West End is located on the busy pedestrian area of Leicester Square, on street level. It's a five minute walk from Leicester Square tube station and there are several bus stops on Charing Cross Road, at the entrance to Leicester Square. The nearest car park is the NCP on St Martin's Lane, which is less than five minutes from the venue. If you're travelling by taxi, you'll be able to easily flag down a black cab working in the local area – the nearest drop off is at the rear of the venue on Lisle Street. You can enter the front of the building by walking down Leicester Court, down the side of the venue.

Venue and screen access

Vue West End has wheelchair access throughout the venue and in all screens. You can enter the venue through two sets of double doors, both manual.

From the main foyer there is a lift and escalators taking customers to all nine screens spread across four floors.

There's step-free access to the wheelchair spaces and adjoining seats, and accessible toilets on the mezzanine.

Purchasing tickets

There are hearing loops at all of the counters, where food, drinks and tickets can be purchased, and pre-purchased tickets can be collected. There is also a lowered counter available. You can also purchase or collect tickets at the automatic ticket machines located in the venue foyer.

Accessible screenings

Vue West End shows subtitled (ST) films every week. Film times are updated each Wednesday morning for the coming Friday. You can book subtitled screenings here.

Some of our screens are equipped with infrared technology to provide hearing assistance. Simply let a member of our staff know when you're purchasing your tickets and they'll organise a headsets or neck loop for you. We recommend arriving a little earlier than you normally would so we can get you set up in time for the film.

Autism-friendly screenings

In our autism-friendly screenings, the lights are left on low, the sound is turned down and trailers and adverts aren't played. When you book tickets for an autism-friendly screening, you’ll be asked to choose allocated seats but we do encourage guests to move around during the screening and make a bit of noise.
