Super Mario – Power Up Promotion
Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to Vue Members who have opted in to receive promotional marketing emails, who are 16 or over and who reside within the UK, except Vue Members who are employees of the Promoter their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Promotion (called qualifying Vue Members in the remainder of these terms).
2. Upon pre-booking tickets for the Super Mario Bros. Movie qualifying Vue Members will automatically be entered into the promotion to receive a Power Up voucher. A Power Up voucher will be issued for each ticket purchased in a booking by a qualifying Vue Member.
3. This promotion runs from 00:01 on 10 March 2023 until 22:00 on 4 April 2023. Bookings made after this time will not be entered into the promotion.
4. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into this promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
5. All qualifying Vue Members will receive a Power Up voucher which will be randomly selected and consist of either:

   a. one (1) free regular Coke on your next visit to see Super Mario Bros.; or

   b. a free upgrade to a VIP seat on your next visit to see Super Mario Bros (advanced booking required and subject to availability).

   Power Up vouchers can be redeemed by qualifying Vue Members between 14 April 2023 and 4 May 2023 (inclusive) during a subsequent visit to a Vue Cinema to watch the Super Mario Bros Movie.

6. Qualifying Vue Members will be notified by email on or after 5 April 2023. Such email shall contain a QR code with details of the relevant Power Up voucher received which can be redeemed in accordance with paragraph 5 above.

7. The Power Up voucher for the qualifying Vue Member is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the vouchers with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

9. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

10. By making a pre-booking qualifying Vue Members, are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

12. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

13. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy.

14. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
