These big screen belters are coming back to Vue

Well, that’s your next few visits sorted

Fancy a trip through space? Or a sing-along with Meryl Streep? What about some kung fu lessons from a panda? It’s all possible at Vue this month, because we’re bringing these fan favourites back to the big screen…

Kung Fu Panda 1, 2 and 3

If a clumsy, lazy panda can become a kung fu master, maybe there’s hope for us all. Jack Black voices the unlikely hero in this beloved DreamWorks trilogy, also featuring the voices of Jackie Chan, Angelina Jolie, Seth Rogen, Lucy Liu, and Dustin Hoffman. A perfect family treat to quell those back-to-school blues.

Dazed and Confused

The kids may be going back to school, but these teenagers have just finished for the year. What are they gonna do? Party, obviously. If you haven’t seen this classic ‘90s comedy before, prepare yourself for a very fresh-faced Matthew McConaughey. And whatever you do, watch the leather, man.

The Exorcist

Now that September’s arrived, it’s officially Halloween (we don’t make the rules). And what better way to get yourself in the mood for spooky season than with a screening of The Exorcist? This iconic horror isn’t the only one we’ll be showing over the Halloween period, so keep an eye out for more.

Hocus Pocus

While we’re on the subject of Halloween, we should probably pay our respects to the Sanderson sisters. The wicked trio will be back (again) to feast on some delicious children, all because someone lit a black candle…

Mamma Mia!

Here we go again (sorry). Yes, the ultimate feel-good musical will be coming back to the big screen, so you can see that girl, watch that scene, and dig the dancing queen (sorry again). How can you say no to Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Julie Walters?

Interstellar

Just like Matthew McConaughey after a lengthy space trip, Christopher Nolan’s sci-fi epic hasn’t aged a day! We’re pretty excited to have this Oscar-winning belter back on the big screen, where all Nolan films well and truly belong.
